Welcome to Rupalika India (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your orders, use of our services, and interaction with us. By sending an order email or communicating with us regarding products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Order Placement
All orders must be placed via email at our official address. Your order should clearly specify the product, fabric type, quantity, design (if applicable), and any special instructions. We will confirm your order by email.

2. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted as per the instructions in our confirmation email. Orders will be processed only after full or partial payment, as specified.

3. Product Specifications & Printing
We print products based on the specifications you provide. Colors may vary slightly due to fabric or production processes. We ensure high-quality printing but cannot guarantee exact screen-to-fabric color matches.

4. Cancellations & Modifications
Order cancellations or modifications are accepted only before production begins and must be communicated via email. Once printing starts, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines will be communicated in the confirmation email. Any delays due to logistics, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property
You confirm that all designs provided are original or that you hold the rights to use them. Rupalika India is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from your designs.

7. Liability & Indemnity
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Rupalika India from any claims resulting from the use of your designs or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
